White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest believes Hillary Clinton should be disqualified from serving as president

It is said that if it wasn’t for double standards, Democrats wouldn’t have standards. Case and point was demonstrated this week when White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest stated Donald Trump should be disqualified from serving as president because his comments about preventing Muslim immigration to the US were unconstitutional. If Josh wasn’t a hypocrite, I would welcome this as great news. I hate to break the news to Josh, but the Constitution doesn’t bar the government for setting standards on immigration to include racial and ethnic quotas. However, the Constitution explicitly prohibits the government from engaging in infringements on free speech, the right to bear arms, and privacy specific to one being secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures in the first, second, and fourth amendments respectively. These three amendments have been so heinously violated and perverted by both parties of our government, they are no longer recognizable. Nonetheless, I agree with Josh that no one should be serving as president to violate the Constitution so let’s extend his logic to the rest of the candidates.

“The fact is what Donald Trump said yesterday disqualifies him from serving as president,” said Earnest referencing Trumps statement to ban Muslims from immigrating to the USA. He then when on to clarify that every president must take an oath to “preserve, protect and defend” the U.S. Constitution, and thus, he said, Trump would not qualify. I ask that this be equally applied to all candidates. In fact, based on Josh’s criteria, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders should be immediately disqualified. Further, his boss, President Obama, should be disqualified. This trio sets the bar for unconstitutional actions, statements, and policies. Specifically, all three should be eliminated for calling for outright gun confiscation, which even the most brainless of the left have to admit is irreconcilable with the Second Amendment. Further, all have either voted for our ordered unconstitutional domestic surveillance of citizens without any due process, which is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment. I am also pretty sure using the Justice Department to investigate and harass journalists is also prohibited. At this point we should also throw in assassinating US citizens without due process and invading sovereign nations without cause or authorization. By Earnest condemning Trump’s comments, he also is treading dangerously close to the government abridging Trump’s right to freely express himself. Trump has no authority at this point and is speaking as a free man, but Earnest is in a government position.

The Democrat candidates are not alone. Most of the cast of characters running for the Republican nomination also have a checkered record when it comes to supporting the Constitution. Read more

I wrote the following paragraph on October 19^th this year as the first of a three part series explaining exactly how gun control and then confiscation would be enacted across the US. After President Obama’s speech tonight indicting the Second Amendment as the root cause of terrorism inside the US, I thought it was a good time to reintroduce my three part series.

As we wait for the latest round of unconstitutional acts by President Obama respective of his so called new “executive orders” on gun control, which would be better described as edicts, the only question is how far the President will overstep his constitutional authority this time. In some ways, I hope he oversteps and the backlash catches the Left by surprise and sets them back significantly in the elections. However, the people we are dealing with are not political amateurs and are masters of spin so I would expect the long war to continue against our nation and culture. To this end, I would expect more highly politicized false flags used to finalize the “justification” for gun control in the near future. To those of us not in a propaganda induced coma, we will see that these false flag events exactly for what they are. I have to admit, I am sounding very redundant when I say “I told you so,” but only through making repetitive connections will many of the masses understand that what is going on is not random. Random acts by their very nature cannot be accurately predicted. However, when something such as the elite’s gun control agenda can be predicted so specifically in advance, one must at least consider the fact that this is indeed a planned and highly orchestrated effort from the top to disarm and subjugate the United States. I am sure some of you that have just started reading my articles will be asking how exactly then will this occur. Well, I detailed the general progression of this plot below in Parts II and III of my series on gun control. Part II: The Gun Ban is Announced

Last night I spoke of how to resist encroaching gun control laws and regulation. However, I admitted that we are fighting a rigged game and that I fully expect to see a gun ban in the near future. As this ban goes into effect, you can expect to see it follow a set pattern. However, unlike other countries around the world to include Australia, Canada, and the U.K., the US will not follow the script, which I will discuss in “Part III: Resistance.” In short, gun confiscation means major chaos is in the future for the US. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is avoidable at this point so it is best to spend your time preparing. Here is how you can expect it to play out.

The march toward total gun confiscation in the US has been a gradual one. It hasn’t been an easy fight and has been resisted the entire way by sensible Americans. In fact, recently, the pro-gun lobby has won numerous major successes in court. Nonetheless, today we are still standing on the edge of the gun ban cliff and looking into the abyss as a free nation. Taking stock of the situation, we must recognize some hard facts working in favor of the elitist cabal dedicated to your total disarmament. The ballot boxes have been stacked by illegitimate voters, the system to include judges and educators is now filled with Leftist operatives, the latest generation to come of age has been brainwashed to view all guns as evil, our population has lost its morality, and we no longer collectively view an armed populace as a necessary element of a free state. As bad, the majority of our population is constantly is some state of drug induced mental paralysis whether by illegal drugs such as heroin and marijuana or legal drugs such as alcohol and anti-depressants. This mass sedation makes the population far easier to manipulate, control, and ultimately convince to willingly enter oppression and slavery. We are so close to a gun ban that if only a handful of seats change hands in the House and Senate an avalanche of new gun control legislation to include the UN’s Gun Ban Treaty will move forward. Further, it is probable that even with a Republican controlled Congress they will still sell out their constituents and side with elitist interests by embracing gun control. To illustrate this point, remember Mitt Romney had a far worse record of gun control than even Bill Clinton. As such, don’t be surprised when another major “mass shooting” event is staged and used to justify the final push to ban firearms in the US irrespective of who “controls” Congress and sits in the White House.

When the order is given for Americans to disarm and turn in their weapons, it will come in phases just like it has occurred repeatedly in other countries. Read more

Part I: Before the Ban

When a leading presidential contender can come out and openly suggest we should begin gun confiscation in the United States and her statements are treated as legitimate we have major problems. Instead of being run off stage as a treasonous traitor, Hillary Clinton was lauded as wonderful “progressive” for her insistence that it is time for guns to be banned in the US like in Australia. Anyone that thinks Hillary Clinton has your best interests in mind when she politicizes tragedy to push not just a gun “control” agenda, but an outright gun “ban” is insane. Let’s be honest, her policy is all about total power and control. Life under Hillary Clinton’s rule is a world of tyranny. So what can we expect, how will a gun ban happen, and is there anything I can do about it? I discuss these topics in this two part series.

It should come as no surprise to my readers that the Left has long sought to achieve a total gun ban. The communist insurrectionist forces in the US knew they couldn’t do this all at once or they would risk being exposed and run out of the country. Instead, they camouflaged their intentions as a humanitarian movement to protect you and incrementally began banning and regulating out of existence every weapon, bullet, and means of producing, selling, or buying the former items. Further, in a closely coordinated propaganda campaign for your mind, the Left cleverly has been bombarding American minds daily with disinformation designed to convince Americans that by disarming they would achieve a better life. The news this week again highlighted Ferguson, Missouri as new riots and protests broke loose. In response, a “state of emergency” was declared. People need to wake up and realize what is really going on is martial law is now being routinely declared. Disturbingly, people are being conditioned to accept imposition of martial law as a legitimate response to everything from a snowstorm to a lawful protest. Just like martial law, these states of emergency are being used to unlawfully justify a suspension of the Bill of Rights and to disarm the public.
If anyone had any doubts about the government’s intent to suspend civil rights during martial law/state of emergency, look no further than Ferguson. The government is using the presence of armed private security, requested by business owners left helpless by the government, as an excuse to ban firearms during these states of emergency. This situation echoes the unconstitutional abuses that occurred at the hands of government forces after Hurricane Katrina. St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar went so far as to say “Their presence was both unnecessary and inflammatory” and that they were working with the “prosecuting attorney’s office” to see if they could bring charges against these brave citizens. Senator Chris Murphy thinks you are a dangerous terrorist.

The “Coalition to Stop Gun Violence” (CSGV) is a radical leftist front organization funded by donations from globalists and sponsored by some of the most crackpot organizations, such as “Code Pink.” Their clearly stated intent is to aggressively force gun control upon the United States are willing to use “social justice,” which is code for social terrorist campaigns designed to ruin anyone that resists their agenda. Recently, they have started a campaign designed to force WTTG General Manager Patrick Paolini to fire a pro-Second Amendment reporter Emily Miller http://csgv.org/action/tell-wttg-general-manager-patrick-paolini-fire-emily-miller/. Emily’s high crime was exercising her First Amendment right to support the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL). The VCDL has been an effective and vocal advocate of gun rights for Virginians and thus, Emily has been targeted by CSGV and has become a victim of social terrorism. I want to take the time today to expose these treasonous enemies of a free and sovereign nation and shine the light on their leadership, which to date has enjoyed immunity from their harassment and terrorist tactics. I also want everyone to stand up for Emily and make sure her Manager Patrick Paolini stands by her.

I coined the term “social terrorism” because anyone that has been victimized by one of these well-funded smear campaigns labeled “social justice” can literally have their lives ruined. Social justice is social terrorism so correct anyone when you hear it improperly used. If you think the term is too severe then consider the implications. Victims of social terrorism generally are condemned for supporting Christian virtue, the rule of law, and republican values. These victims have been targeted by the IRS and Justice Department with frivolous investigations, arrests, audits, delays, and fines; have had their businesses destroyed and lost their jobs; have been blacklisted at public events, been unable to get business loans or new jobs; had their children abducted by social services; had their reputations smeared; and have been harassed, physically assaulted, and targeted for killing. If this doesn’t constitute systematic terrorism of an individual, nothing does. Now Emily Miller, a lady that has worked hard in her career is under attack for advocating for our Bill of Rights and everyone needs to know she must be defended.

To fight the CSGV, you first need to know a little about them and how they view “us.” According to their website, part of their stated strategy is “to use the term ‘insurrectionism’ to describe the NRA’s treasonous interpretation of the Second Amendment.” Apparently, they have found some success because Senator Chris Murphy is on record supporting their organization and making the statement, “The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence has led the way in exposing the dangerous insurrectionist ideology promoted by the NRA and others in the pro-gun movement” http://csgv.org/about-us/. Think about the term “insurrectionist” for a moment. Once again, the evidence is overwhelming that government orchestrated civil disorder led to the destruction of large parts of Baltimore. Again, like in Ferguson, the “dog whistles” of the American Left have signaled it was justified to burn, to destroy, to loot, to assault, and to vandalize. These rioters, not the protestors, were by and large scum and certainly presented the image of a career criminal class living on welfare unleashed on society. If any of the rioters find that assessment offensive, then perhaps you shouldn’t act and look like a heathen.

Post riots, the violence in Baltimore has skyrocketed while the police claim they have been undermined and cannot do their job. I certainly will side with the police over what I witnessed rioting, but for them to intentionally disengage in protest is a dereliction of duty. I am sorry some (possibly good cops), got wrapped up in what appears to be a politically motivated knee jerk reaction, but then, when someone gets their neck broke and you are the only one around, the average person would expect to be arrested. If the Baltimore Police have become so accustomed to killing people with no consequences that this comes as a shock, then perhaps it was a necessary overreaction by the prosecuting attorney. Either way, I won’t accept thug rule any more than an utterly corrupt police department with the nerve to refuse service. Allowing gang rule to “punish” the citizens, while still collecting pay checks is despicable and has no honor in it. I do empathize with the police and believe in law and order, but they cannot act as though they had no role to play in the chaos that has plagued Baltimore. Read more

ISIL holds Ramadi: The White House, Defense Department, and Secretary of State have all down played the fall of Ramadi as a small “target of opportunity” and mild “setback.” However, in reality, the fall of Ramadi was very foreseeable and a massive military disaster for the Iraqi government. As I forecasted, Mosul would not be retaken anytime soon and the Obama strategy…or lack thereof, would be a total disaster. Sirte falls, ISIL takes 3^rd major city in 48 hours: In what is proving to be another example of Obama’s Foreign Policy disaster initiated under Secretary Clinton and amplified under Secretary Kerry, another major city has fallen to ISIL. However, it is not in Syria or Iraq. The city is in Libya. Yes, the country Obama, Rice, Clinton, and Power “liberated” has now had the western city of Sirte overrun by radical Islamists loyal to ISIL. According to my count that makes the score in just the last 48 hours 3 ISIL: 0 USA. Ramadi, Palmyra, and now Sirte all have been overrun. Even if ISIL can’t hold the ground, the fact they took down three major cities in just days is telling of how “successful” the US strategy to combat ISIL has been. In fact, Obama’s “strategy” has been such a disaster, one would conclude that he couldn’t possibly have been that stupid and the only way this could be occurring was if it was his intent all along. It is either amateur hour and Obama desperately needs to read some alternative news and hire new NSC advisors or the man is a traitor.

Russia no longer allowing NATO supplies to move across its borders to Afghanistan: In another foreign policy disaster that has completely escaped the government media complex, Russia has now halted NATO supplies crossing its borders to Afghanistan. The unreliable and costly southern supply route begins in the Port of Karachi and runs north through Pakistan and into Afghanistan through extremely dangerous Taliban controlled provinces. FBI making house calls to people concerned about Jade Helm 15: In what could be viewed as a major escalation bolstering concerns amongst the public over the upcoming Jade Helm 15 exercise, FBI special agents have apparently begun making house calls to concerned citizens that have raised questions publicly. http://www.shtfplan.com/headline-news/video-fbi-now-going-door-to-door-interrogating-americans-about-jade-helm-military-exercises-we-follow-pp-with-anything-like-that_05212015 Although, the special agents appear very polite and almost embarrassed to be performing the house calls, the fact they are knocking on doors is chilling. Ironically, if the intent was to quell fears and concerns as the agents suggest, they are clearly having the exact opposite effect. I doubt the special agents are so dumb that can’t figure this out, but why they are not speaking out about how ridiculous and counterproductive these visits are is disturbing. Common sense tells you their real intent is to gauge the subject’s political views and whether or not to deem him a threat. As agents, they should be well aware that people are allowed to have distrust of the government, dissent, and openly question authority especially, when it is launching an exercise designed to target American citizens in the US. Whether the intent is to intimidate or not, it is clear field offices have been spun up to believe citizens that simply want the rule of law respected are now the threat. This has been so hyped by DHS and the DOJ, it is coming at the expense of legitimate threats like MS13 and New Black Panther Party members publicly calling for the execution of police and making good on those threats. The Justice Department will certainly spin this to say it is just doing its “due diligence” to make sure things are peaceful and safe, but anyone with half a brain sees the biased political motivations forcing agents out to conduct house calls on people that pose zero threat to anyone following the law and respecting the US Constitution.

China and US escalate tensions: Recent moves by China to exclude airspace to US military aircraft has led to an increase in tensions. However, this really has nothing to do with some small dots of islands, territorial integrity, or military development. The deeper issue arising is that China has risen to a peer competitor level status with the US threatening the post-Bretton Woods financial establishment. Historically, when the bankers were threatened it led directly to war and I doubt this will end differently. Specifically, China has established a counter balance to the IMF that Washington desperately tried to stop and utterly failed to prevent. This single act has broken the IMF/World Bank monopoly and the major banking families intend to make China pay for its actions. Further, China has also been concluding multi-billion dollar oil/gas deals with Russia, which has undermined any ability Washington thought it had to isolate and strong-arm Russia. In short, China is now seen as a real threat, but not to America, but rather, to the elites of the Western financial monopoly. As such, you can bet you will see a strong shift toward painting China as a bigger and bigger existential military threat that very well could lead to the outbreak of war.

The Baltimore Riots, the Racism Scapegoat, and the Hypocrisy of the Left

Today, May Day, is fitting timing for the below article. Communist agitators have long used this day to protest, burn, and riot. What I discuss below in regards to the Baltimore riots is overtly an issue of how race is being politically manipulated in the USA. However, the deeper, more “fundamental change” that is occurring as a result of racial politics that dangerously parallel the classic Marxist strategies used to overthrow nations.

Baltimore is still at a slow boil as the other cities around the nation brace for civil disorder after the death of a man taken into police custody in Baltimore. The official investigation is still on-going and no conclusive evidence for exactly how or why the man was killed has been released. However, in spite of the fact we don’t know what happened, Baltimore was allowed to be sacked by rioters whipped up into a frenzy by the American Left over charges of racism. Personally, I am sick of the distortions, hypocrisy, and outright lies being used to manipulate and tear apart our nation. Today, I am frankly discussing the topic and political abuse of the term “racism” so drop your biases, open your eyes, and engage your brains. As a nation, we need to reject this garbage propaganda, lock up the elite perpetrators, and “ALL” get back to living responsible lives. Where we went wrong, however, was in allowing ourselves to become enthralled with and then held hostage by a military empire in bondage to a corporate state (the very definition of fascism). No longer would America hold the moral high ground as a champion of freedom and human rights. Paramilitary Police Draw Down on Man in Ferguson, Missouri

The events leading up to the shooting death of an 18 year old man in Fergusson by a police officer are under investigation and the “facts” appear to be conflicting. Today while shopping at Target I noticed something unusual in the parking lot. Rising above the middle of the parking lot was a large, mobile guard post. It had many cameras, dark tinted windows, and appeared armored. Further, there was a police cruiser parked at its base. Seeing this, I wondered, what could possible justify making the parking lot of Target look like a federal penitentiary. Perhaps it was just a new “Supermax” Target? Was there some imminent terrorist threat against Target? Should I pack my kids up and flee now for safety? No one in management seemed to have any comment so it must have just materialized out of thin air.

The reality is the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is becoming ever more overt in its actions toward implementing a complete police state. As the tower attests, DHS has been working overtime to militarize our local police forces. In fact, DHS has spent billions of taxpayer dollars to provide local police with equipment designed for full scale warfare. In short, they are using your money to build the infrastructure to totally control you and every aspect of your life. The DHS provided equipment includes items like Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) armored vehicles, microwave and ultra low frequency emitting “crowd control” devices, high tech intelligence and surveillance equipment to include drones, and mobile guard towers. Previously these items were only seen on overseas battlefields and used against America’s most unsavory enemies, but now in keeping with the militarization and takeover of local police, DHS has handed these items out like candy to local cops. The unstated, but nonetheless real effect of the change in police demeanor from peace officers to storm troopers has been to imbalance the delicate Constitutional balance between the power of the State and the collective power of the people to challenge the State effectively in the event the State becomes illegitimate.

There are neither credible threats against Target to justify this militarized checkpoint nor is there any chance this waste of tax payer dollars would prevent an attack should there actually be one. This ominous icon of a war zone is designed to desensitize the population to the fact they are monitored, spied on, recorded, and no longer free to even shop for socks without the government’s all seeing eye prying upon their every move. This type of emerging soft tyranny must be identified, highlighted, resisted, and ultimately shut down at every single emergence.

This particular tower in Potomac Yard Shopping Center (Alexandria, Virginia) was procured by wasting taxpayer dollars and put into use by the Alexandria, Virginia Police Department. After discussing the tower with local law enforcement the consensus seems to be that the tower was emplaced to thwart a rise in thefts during the holidays around store parking lots. After all, who wouldn’t want better “public safety?” However, that rationale fails the logic test. First of all, after follow-on observation it appears the tower is an overpriced scarecrow because it wasn’t manned and perhaps the video monitoring wasn’t even active. As such, there was no one actually present to “prevent” a crime. At best this would only support follow-on investigation if the cameras were operational and pointed in the right direct. Thus, an unmanned tower provides no more security than store cameras already in place. Second, the policing is being done on commercial property with your tax dollars. If Target parking lots are not safe, it is incumbent upon Target to bear the burden of the cost of making their premises safe and secure for shoppers and not Alexandria Police Department. If the threat is really that high to shoppers as the government would like to scare you into believing, then where is the data to support this and why would we dare take our families out Christmas shopping? Third, the cost of purchasing, maintaining, moving, emplacing, monitoring, and manning these towers must run into the millions of dollars. This is an extremely high price tag for what the tower provides and approaches a complete waste of tax dollars. Fourth, to actually make it effective for its purported purpose of preventing thefts in parking lots during the holiday season, it would have to be manned with a minimum of two officers for at least two shifts a day to cover the shopping hours. This surveillance would effectively remove significant manpower from a police department’s normal shifts and result in a reduced ability to respond to actual calls for help and criminal activity. Finally, one must ask whether they want this type of life. People must use their god given mind to envision where this leads in the future. A life where the pettiest of crimes results in a justification for a police state is abhorrent to a free society. There is no freedom of anything when on every corner, at every moment of our lives, armed government goons are ready to swoop in and enforce the smallest of infractions with overwhelming violence.

I ask all of you to contact Target and demand these icons of our emerging police state be immediately removed from their premises or we will boycott their store. We have already begun a local campaign and to date, Target management has only officially responded by email with a generic “sorry for the inconvenience.” This is unacceptable and we must make our voices the loudest in the room. Further, we need to educate the management of Target and other retail stores on what is unacceptable to us as their customers in respect to further police state actions. By combining our efforts and getting the word out to other internet outlets, talk radio, TV, and our friends and family about these excesses we can expose these tyrannical actions and stop them. Please take action today and use all your personal clout to impress others to action.

When educating people about the dangers of broad and unchecked government surveillance, sadly, it is all too often that “educated” people will say that they are not concerned because “they have nothing to hide” or that “they aren’t saying or doing anything wrong.” To say these people are missing the point is a dangerous understatement. Naiveté aside, these people are parroting media programmed responses without applying the least bit of intellectual rigor to their statement. Not only is history full of very good reasons to fear overly intrusive police states spying into your private life, but current events also provide more than enough justification to worry. The truth is that the United States Government has been and will continue to egregiously violate law-abiding citizens’ rights and terrorize political opponents until it is checked on all fronts by a united population that demands accountability and punishment for the criminal abuses of power.

Literally tens of millions of people have been put to death in China, the Soviet Union, and Germany for doing, saying, or believing things that are perfectly legal, lawful, and peaceful. Under Stalin, being educated was enough to have you shipped off to the gulags. In China, the mere appearance of not adhering to the government’s political agenda earned you a bullet to the head. In East Germany something as simple as a neighbor reacting improperly to a political speech or a child’s comment about his parents’ dinner time conversation to a teacher could earn the unsuspecting offender a night time visit from the Stasi. Many would quickly say this is not a comparable case since the U.S. is far different than these governments. However, more and more frequently, it appears that the U.S. Government is indeed singling out peaceful, law-abiding citizens for nothing more than their personal beliefs, religious convictions, or political ideology. The targeted citizens are many and includes veterans, gun owners, Christians, those that do not believe in condoning abortion or homosexual activity, whistleblowers, conservatives, farmers, hunters, fisherman, coal miners, war re-enactors, small businesses, and parents that believe in home schooling. The price these law-abiding citizens, businesses, and organizations are paying for their beliefs are becoming steeper and steeper as the government incrementally consolidates powers and eliminates any opposition.

The pattern of U.S. Government sponsored terrorizing of citizens to force political agendas is disturbing and is becoming more and more common. Most recently, it was exposed that the Obama Administration has known since 2011 that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has been systematically targeting conservative political groups and Jewish organizations for additional tax scrutiny.[i] These people were targeted for government harassment not because of illegal activity, but because of their constitutionally protected beliefs that were contrary to those held by the ruling elite. Instead of demanding resignations and criminal trials for the blatantly illegal actions by members of the IRS and Obama Administration, the White House has instead chose to label the actions as “inappropriate.” “Inappropriate” is by default the White House condoning the terrorizing of citizens that hold different political or religious beliefs. Remember, Jewish groups were also targeted by the government. One need only remember what happened in Germany to see where this kind of unchecked activity leads. Even businesses as innocent and innocuous as Chick-fil-A have been recently targeted for holding firm to their legal and constitutionally protected religious beliefs. Chick-fil-A’s refusal to cave to government harassment and terrorizing threatened to put a widely loved American restaurant chain out of business for nothing more than opposing the cult of Obama’s political correctness.

If the Obama Administration is allowed to get away with these repeated criminal abuses of power, there will no longer be any legal obstacles to the ruling elite using whatever government force it wants to “force” compliance with its agenda and ideology. No matter what political party one may currently affiliate with, you have a responsibility to hold your party to account and should demand they take action. Failing now means that when another party comes to power, as it inevitably does, you will be the one whose political or religious beliefs are targeted. If you fail to act now, then you can guarantee your cries for help will go unheard and you will have no one to blame, but yourself. Those that think that “doing nothing wrong” means they will be safe are not only ignorant, but also will be some of the first victims when government oppression progresses from harassment to total control and terrorism. Please act daily to inform your circle of friends and urge action. Contact your elected representatives and demand they take legal action immediately. If the politicians fail to listen and act, make sure that they know this will be the end of their political careers and make doubly sure they are not re-elected. In fact, if the party as a whole refuses to act, make sure to vote for none of the above and find a qualified independent candidate that is willing to break the death grip the parties have on our country.

Raub Denied Rights: Justice Department Sends Chilling Message Regarding 1st Amendment

The case of Brandom Raub has all of the trappings of the FBI overstepping its authorities and acting impulsively. Raub’s detainment may be the first publicized detention under the un-constitutional National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA allowed for the scrapping of your constitutional rights and was quickly passed by your elected officials in Congress and signed by President Obama.

On August 16th, Raub was “arrested” after government agents swarmed his residence as if he was a terrorist mastermind with blood on his hands. His crime? Well apparently, since he has been detained without charge, there is none. However, government statements make it clear that Raub’s exercise of his First Amendment rights led to him being labeled with the now all encompassing term “terrorist.” Apparently, Raub’s “crime” was posting statements on Facebook that criticized the government and its actions. Raub is currently being held without charge and against his will for psychological evaluation.

Examining the situation admittedly from what media releases are available, there are numerous disturbing issues at hand. First, the government conducting unwarranted domestic surveillance of the internet is not new, but still just as abrasive to American ideas of liberty and at the least challenges the present validity of Fourth Amendment protections in today’s America.

Second, Raub appears to have not engaged in any illegal “acts” and instead was swept up in an on-going federal pogrom of intimidation to eliminate all government dissent. This sends a chilling message about the current status of Americans’ First Amendment rights and is something you would expect to see in Soviet Russia vice the U.S.

Third Raub was taken and detained against his will without charge. Although, government agents are stating he wasn’t “arrested,” one must wonder what then was the purpose. Is the government now allowed to send armed SWAT teams into the homes of anyone that doesn’t openly bow to government edicts and declare them insane and psychologically unfit? This scary pattern follows previous LMS reporting on how the government is now using mental health professionals of its choosing to condemn, disarm, and lock away lawful dissidents. LMS specifically highlighted this action against veterans suffering from PTSD and how the Veteran’s Administration secretly directed care providers to use the police to disarm them. This is an extremely slippery slope and should be challenged immediately and broadly in court. What we are dealing with is a subversion of due process and establishing a parallel prosecution by highly subjective opinions of government hired social workers. Using someone’s “protected” speech and views to condemn them as a terrorist and then detaining them indefinitely without charge is truly chilling.

The idea that a government psychologist can condemn one for their views without due process is abhorrent to American liberties. As bad, is how loosely the still undefined definition of terrorism is being secretly interpreted and used by the government. According to the Senate Intelligence Committee, the American public would be outraged if they knew how it was actually being employed and goes far beyond anything a healthy nation should consider constitutional. LMS has warned for over a decade how the government would use the overly broad definition of terrorism to eventually encompass anyone that challenged the legitimacy of even the most illegal of government activities. Post 9/11, “terrorist” seemed fine to throw around because it was taken to mean Al Qaeda Islamic extremists. Since then, this term has been perverted by the Department of Homeland Security and political leaders to the point it is being applied to gun owning veterans returning from combat or anyone that doesn’t support tax increases.

If the above doesn’t evoke nausea, you need to sit down and really consider what is going on in our great nation. How long will it be before something you believe in, cherish, hold dear, or seek to change is deemed hostile to the government? You may indeed be law-abiding or not speak without prior government approval, but that isn’t enough. Whether a Republican, Democrat, Independent, it doesn’t matter. Soon enough, if this trend is not arrested and held to legal account, you too may be rounded up in the night by the Gestapo and indefinitely detained as a terrorist. For you Republicans, imagine how your views will be interpreted by another four years of Obama? Yes, your conservative, less taxation, anti-abortion, pro-gun beliefs will brand you a terrorist. For you Democrats, now imagine if Romney is elected and what your world will be like. Try to “occupy” anything, protest a new nuclear plant, or rally against another needless war in the Middle East and you too will find yourself being indefinitely detained. Everyone must understand this is not about you “doing anything wrong.” It is about total state control. Americans, this is not a partisan issue. This is an American crisis that we must muster all of our combined efforts to reject.

Finally, the local, state, and federal law enforcement that took part in this raid need to police your own ranks, uphold the rights you are sworn to protect, and speak out. Shame on you for “just doing your job.” You have a sworn duty and trust to protect freedoms, liberties, and uphold the Constitution not destroy them. Sometimes that means people we may not like or agree with walk free, but the alternative is utterly repulsive. Your allegiance is not to the department or to this government, it is to the people. Refuse to handle these bogus investigations and illegal detainments. You too are not immune to this trend. You, your family, your neighbors, your friends, and your nation will all suffer from your failure to resist the continuously expanding powers of the state. Please respect the legal framework that made this country free.

Everyone needs to do everything they can, whether as a cop, a judge, a lawyer, a voter, a news reporter, or even a student. If you are wealthy, pay for his legal defense. If you are a lawyer, pitch in pro bono for the legal defense. If you are in news, make it the front page headline. We must loudly protest this and demand Raub’s immediate freedom. That is not enough though, Americans must bring legal suit against those that allowed this and file motions to ensure the rule of Constitutional law is upheld. Lawmakers that don’t push to hold government agencies accountable and protect our rights must be removed from office at the ballot box and if the Democrats and Republicans don’t get on board, voters need to leave them en mass and vote for an Independent party candidate like Gary Johnson. Virginians should also be writing Ken Cuccinelli, their state attorney general and demanding that this never be allowed to happen on the Commonwealth’s soil again. We can not survive long as a free nation if we silently accept these acts. You must accept individual responsibility and take action now, while you still can.

Justice Department Complicit in Inciting Racial Violence

The Justice Department thinks there is nothing wrong with armed thugs at your voting locations as long as you vote Democrat.

The U.S. Justice Department has ruthlessly hunted down, investigated, and prosecuted its share of racially motivated terrorist organizations with at least one glaring exception. The New Black Panthers Party is able to call for murder of innocents, place bounties on heads of its adversaries, engage in voter intimidation, and urge the violent overthrow of the U.S., but somehow has seemingly been overlooked by the Justice Department. One must wonder what kind of violence this will produce next? The evidence is public and overwhelming. The government’s lack of action, only complicity toward this terrorist organization, will be damning when innocent civilians are killed.

In fact, the glaring hypocrisy in the Justice Department’s inequitable enforcement of laws is egregious. Most notably the New Black Panthers Party called for the murder of George Zimmerman and attacks on whites at the upcoming Republican National Convention. However the Justice Department has not opened a civil rights investigation, no terrorism charges were levied, not even a condemnation was uttered by federal law enforcement. One must conclude from this deafening silence and total inaction by the Justice Department it is intentionally turning a blind eye to one of the most vocal domestic terrorist organization inside the U.S. and endangering the lives of innocent citizens. This not only places innocent lives in danger, but leaves law enforcement 100% liable.

Why would the Justice Department give the New Black Panthers Party a pass? Certainly, we should support free speech, even when it is disturbing or angering, but these words go beyond even the incitement of violence to the actual commission of organized terrorism against innocent civilians. It is at this point the Justice Department needs to have intervened. Nonetheless, while the Justice Department goes after state governments, sheriff’s, and political donors of the Republican Party, the New Black Panthers continue to advocate with impunity for a race war. By doing nothing, the Justice Department by defacto condones these acts. Further, basic logic would suggest the Justice Department has a quiet political agenda to polarize the nation in a manner that benefits the incumbent political party. One may ask how so? Simply put, race baiting energizes the Democratic voter base while allowing for the intimidation, harassment, and violence against others that historically vote for Republicans. It further sends a quiet signal to African-American populations that by voting with the Democrats, they will be given special protections.

Few things could be more divisive and despicable in American society. There is simply no way the Obama Administration can argue that it has not been complicit in further dividing America for political gain or that it has equitably sought to protect civil rights. For U.S. citizens, of all races, these dirty and destructive politics must be exposed and denounced. The members of the F.B.I. and Justice Department lawyers in particular will have blood on their hands if they fail to publicly act. Shame on you if you carry a badge and do nothing. As both a nation and as individuals, we have a responsibility to take action to excoriate, investigate, and prosecute this organization.

Readers should advocate for the prosecution of the New Black Panthers Party and demand the F.B.I and Justice Department take action. Sadly, based on the current inaction, they must also prepare for law enforcement to do nothing and be ready for another explosive wave of racial violence in major metropolitan areas. Law enforcement officers need to blow the whistle and step up to expose the internal political pressures to take no action. Write your government representatives and organize to protect your civil rights. Independent lawyers and firms should bring suit against the government if it fails to act. Finally, the media needs to place a spotlight on the hypocrisy of this Administration and demand action. Only by resisting this blatantly despicable inaction, can the true justice and freedom of all Americans be protected.
